A Time to Be Born: Frederick L. MC Donald was born on June 5,1965 in Miami Fl to the loving
parents of Mr. Frederick Leon Mc Donald Sr. and Ms. Thelma Roye Sales. He was also
Grandma’s favorite who gave him the iconic name “BLUE BOY” and his favorite auntie Helen
which all have proceeded him in death.
A Time for Education: Frederick was Educated through the Miami Dade County Public School
System where he graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High School as a “Mighty Bull”.
He later became an Alumni for the “BULLS” whom he loved dearly and therefore his memory
will live forever. Frederick was well known for throughout the community, (He had compassion
for EVERYONE) and this is where he earned the name “BROWN SUB LEGEND /THE
MAYOR OF BROWN SUB” due to his Heart of Gold.
A Time to Worship: Understanding the power of a personal relationship with Christ, he
accepted Jesus as his personal savior at The Grace Church of Nazarene under the
leadership of Min. Williams.
A Time to Live: Being the loving person he was, Blue was an avid pool player, a game that he
mastered. Known his entire life as the dancing machine there was never a dull moment with
him. If you were ever in his presence, then you knew what genuine friendship was. If you
encountered him in any of his entrepreneurship locations, you never had to worry because he
was going to make sure you were taken care of and ensure you felt welcome.
A Time to Labor: Frederick obtains his first employment with Piccadilly’s Restaurant from
1985-1989, where he learned his cooking skills as Blue the Baker. He later moved his
employment into the Entertainment world and became VICTORIOUS. Frederick joined the
brotherhood of Masons Under Most Wonderful Union Grand Lodge Free Accepted Masons of
Florida, Central America, and St. John, USVI Jurisdiction Incorporated Prince Hall Affiliated.
A Time to Love: In June 1999 he met the Love of his life Ms. Tommisena Harper Mc Donald,
and they married of April 23, 2011, from this union twins was created Chad and Chassidy.
Frederick surrounded himself around his family with love especially daddy’s baby girl
Chassidy. There was never a dull moment when Frederick was around. He was always the
life of the party from his jokes, dance moves and family time.
A Time to Mourn: God looked around his kingdom and saw he was missing an angel, so he
open up the windows of heaven saw Frederick and whispered in his ear come home my son,
your time on earth is finished. He leaves to mourn a loving and devoted wife Tommisena Mc
Donald, 8 children Sharonda Hobbs, Chacon McDonald, Shakeira McDonald, Dontreal
Mintze, Leon Mainor, Kenneth Roberts, Chad and Chassidy Mc Donald. 9 grandchildren, 4
brothers Sancho Mc Donald, Orpheus Roye, Calvin and Kelvin Posey, 3 sisters Luegenia
Roye, Veronica Mc Donald and Margo Mc Donald who proceeded him in death, Aunt : Viola
Sales, God daughter Shaquille ,. Best Friend Clyde Darrisaw. And a host of nieces, nephews,
family and friends.
